Because the program is optional under Florida law, absence from a list is not a mark against a house. Ask the operator to confirm the current status of this one.

Settle the terms first: the weekly or monthly fee and what it includes, the deposit and the conditions for returning it, how many people share a bedroom, whether a house manager lives on site, the curfew, how testing is scheduled, and the written policy that applies after a relapse.
