About this Recovery House
Rose Way Recovery House Phase I is a women's sober living home in Boynton Beach, Florida, in Palm Beach County. It sits on Southeast 1st Place and is the founding property of a three-phase women's recovery network that Rose Way Recovery House has run in Boynton Beach since 2017. Founder Megan Cosgrove, a certified interventionist, still oversees the house she opened first.
A Women's Sober House on Southeast 1st Place
Phase I serves women only, and everyone living here shares a single set of house rules, a single set of bathrooms, and the same weekly meeting schedule. Boynton Beach sits inside one of the densest recovery communities on Florida's southeast coast, and Southeast 1st Place is a quiet residential block a short drive from the beach and from the outpatient providers many residents keep seeing after they move in.
The First House in a Three-Phase Recovery Housing Model
Rose Way built its program around three distinct phases. Phase I is where a woman typically starts, and it carries the closest supervision of the three houses. As she settles into work, meetings and a daily routine, the option to move to Phase II or Phase III sits inside the same organization, with the same staff and the same expectations already in place.
Florida Sober Living Certification and What to Ask
Certification of Florida recovery residences runs through the Florida Association of Recovery Residences, and it is voluntary under state law. A prospective resident should ask Rose Way Recovery House directly for the current certification status of Phase I, along with the weekly fee, the house rules and the discharge policy, since none of that is a matter of public record in Florida.
Recovery Housing in Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County anchors one of the largest concentrations of sober living in the country, and Boynton Beach sits at the center of it alongside Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. Interstate 95 and US-1 run the length of the county, and Palm Tran's bus network connects Boynton Beach to the outpatient clinics, courthouses and job centers that residents in early recovery rely on before a car is realistic.
Three Recovery Homes in the Rose Way Network
Phase I is one of three Rose Way Recovery House properties for women in Boynton Beach. Phase II operates on Southwest 1st Street, and Phase III shares Phase I's address on Southeast 1st Place. A woman who needs a different phase of structure later, or simply a different set of housemates, stays inside a network that already knows her.

Testimonials
"At the time I met Megan, I did not know how big of an impact she would actually make on me. She came into my life when I felt lonely and lost. I was still questioning whether or not I wanted to continue living a sober life. She and the Rose Way girls picked me up, held my hands, and did not allow me to give up. They loved me when I didn't love myself and were there for me when I couldn't be alone. I was taught how to live life on life's terms and be a woman that walks with dignity, grace, and purpose. Today, I have a life beyond my wildest dreams and a life worth living. I have a life that I wouldn't have without Rose Way Recovery House."
