The house has three separate sitting areas, two private bedrooms and a large backyard. Private rooms are scarce in recovery housing and they solve a real problem: a woman working night shifts, managing a health condition, or simply unable to sleep in a shared room has somewhere to go that is not a compromise. Three sitting areas mean a house meeting, a phone call with a sponsor and a quiet evening can all happen at once.

Certification obliges a residence to disclose fees and rules in writing before move-in, keep a written relapse and discharge policy, follow a code of ethics, and answer complaints reviewed from outside. House Bill 19-1009 makes it the condition for state referrals and funding.
