Certification obliges the operator to publish a code of ethics, disclose fees and rules in writing before move-in, keep a written relapse and discharge policy, and accept complaint review from outside the house. Colorado does not publish per-residence levels, so this status covers Grit Grounds' entire Colorado Springs portfolio.
