That status obliges the operator to publish a code of ethics, disclose fees and rules in writing before move-in, maintain a written relapse and discharge policy, and accept complaint review from outside the house. Colorado does not publish per-residence certification levels, so this covers HOPE COS's entire Colorado Springs portfolio.

El Paso County Recovery Housing and the Pikes Peak Hub

Colorado Springs anchors both El Paso County and the wider Pikes Peak region, giving residents at Acacia access to the same job market and outpatient providers as the rest of the city, along with HOPE COS's own shelter, safe parking and food pantry programs if a resident needs them.
