Eudaimonia Men's House on Wagon Master Drive Men's Recovery House

About this Recovery House

Eudaimonia Men's House on Wagon Master Drive is a men's sober living home in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in El Paso County. It is one of three men's residences the company, Eudaimonia Recovery Homes, runs in the city, each under the same house name but at a different address.

A Men's Sober Living Home on the City's East Side

The house serves men only, which is the organizing fact behind the rest of the household: single-gender bedrooms and bathrooms, a shared set of house rules, and accountability among residents who are all working through the same stage of early recovery. The Wagon Master Drive location sits in a quieter residential stretch of Colorado Springs, away from the busier commercial corridors.

One House Among a Multi-State Sober Living Network

Eudaimonia Recovery Homes operates sober living for men and women in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma and Louisiana in addition to Colorado. The company names affiliations with groups including the National Alliance for Recovery Residences, the kind of professional membership that signals a standardized approach to house operations.

What Residents Can Expect Day to Day

The company's stated model across its houses includes an on-site house manager, routine drug and alcohol testing, and a progressive structure that expects work, school or active job searching from residents. The goal at every stage is a resident who is ready to hold housing without the structure once the phase is complete.

El Paso County and the Pikes Peak Region

Colorado Springs is the county seat of El Paso County and anchors the wider Pikes Peak region. That scale supports the outpatient providers, transit and employers a resident coming out of treatment typically needs, all reachable without leaving the city this sober house sits in.
