ABOUT US RIA was founded in 1998 by members of the Des Moines community who are actively involved in the recovery community and trying help even more recover from substance abuse. We currently have three houses in the Drake and Highland Park neighborhoods of Des Moines. Each houses up to 8 sober men who will pay rent, stay active in the recovery community, and provide a healthy contribution to their house.
