More on The Sober House Our sober house program was designed by a set of standards adopted by our founding members who have found long-term freedom from alcoholism and addiction. These recovery house women have gone on to repair their relationships with their families, start a family of their own, became employable, start their own business', start a college education, finish a college education, tour the country with their band, find out how good life can get and then get it,  travel the world, and most importantly they devote their time and attention to helping our new members find the same freedom.
