The Forest Recovery AZ Sober House

About this Sober House

The Forest Recovery AZ is a sober living home in Phoenix, Arizona, in Maricopa County, operated by Embers Recovery Village LLC and certified at Level 2 by the Arizona Recovery Housing Association.

A Certified Sober House Operating Under a Second Name

The Forest Recovery AZ runs as a distinct brand under Embers Recovery Village LLC, a structure that lets an operator run more than one named property without merging their identities. For a resident, the house name on the certification record is the one that matters, regardless of what parent company sits behind it.

What AzRHA Level 2 Certification Confirms

Certification means the house operates under a published code of ethics, discloses fees and house rules in writing before move-in, keeps a documented relapse and discharge policy, and accepts outside review of complaints. Arizona law keeps recovery residence addresses private, making this certification record the fact a family can verify in place of a mapped location.

Phoenix Recovery Housing in Maricopa County
