Blanche House Men's Sober House

About this Sober House

Blanche House is a certified men's sober house in Phoenix, Arizona, in Maricopa County. The home is one of Phoenix Sober Living's Level 2 certified properties with the Arizona Recovery Housing Association.

A Men's Sober House in Phoenix

Blanche House is the second men's residence Phoenix Sober Living names among its Arizona properties. A single-gender house means the daily structure, from house meetings to shared chores, is written for one population, and no one is navigating early recovery as the only man in a mixed household.

What Level 2 AzRHA Certification Requires

The Arizona Recovery Housing Association's Level 2 certification obliges a house to keep a written code of ethics, disclose its fees and rules before a resident moves in, maintain a documented relapse and discharge policy, and accept review through a complaint process that sits outside the house. Phoenix Sober Living holds this certification across every property it runs, not only its newest one.

Structured Daily Expectations

Level 2 housing is built around a resident manager living on site and a daily structure residents are expected to keep, rather than a loosely supervised rental. That structure is the practical difference between a certified sober house and a landlord renting rooms to people in early sobriety with no oversight attached.

Part of the Phoenix Sober Living Portfolio

Blanche House is one of twelve houses operating under Phoenix Sober Living's admissions and fee policies in Maricopa County. Men applying to Blanche House are also considered for Sweetwater House, the operator's other men's residence, and questions about current fees go through the operator directly.
