Summers House Men's Sober House

About this Sober House

Summers House is a men's sober living home in Chandler, Arizona, in Maricopa County, operated by Gambit Recovery.

A Men's Sober Living Home in Chandler

Summers House is an 1,800-square-foot residence about two miles from Chandler Fashion Center, close enough that shopping, groceries and public transit are all within walking distance. A peaceful backyard gives residents a place to sit outside of the common living areas, which matters in a house where daily structure otherwise fills most of the day.

Gambit Recovery's Men's Housing in Chandler

Summers House is one of several men's houses Gambit Recovery runs in the Chandler and Gilbert area, alongside Legion House and Nova House nearby, plus Sentry House and Banner House elsewhere in Chandler and Bishop House in Gilbert. Keeping several men's houses in the same part of the Valley lets the operator move a resident to a different set of housemates without changing cities.

Structured Sober Living at $225 a Week

Gambit Recovery prices its Arizona houses at $225 a week, the figure the operator publishes across its Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa locations rather than a rate specific to one address.

Recovery Meetings Near Summers House

Multiple 12-step meetings run within minutes of the property, and the walkable distance to transit and retail matters for a resident who has not yet returned to driving. Chandler's own outpatient providers are close enough that Summers House residents are not routed back into Phoenix for basic appointments.

Recovery Housing in Chandler and Maricopa County
