A Coed Sober House in Avondale

Monterey House keeps men and women in recovery under one roof while maintaining separate sleeping and bathroom arrangements by gender, a common structure for coed sober living homes in the West Valley. North 127th Drive sits in a residential stretch of Avondale, west of central Phoenix.

Part of the Amethyst Haven Recovery Network

Monterey House operates under Amethyst Haven, which runs sober living housing in the West Valley. The Amethyst Haven name covers more than one property, and Monterey House carries this specific Avondale address.

Avondale and the West Valley Recovery Landscape

Avondale sits in Maricopa County's West Valley, along the Interstate 10 corridor that links it to Phoenix, Goodyear, and Tolleson. Residents at Monterey House can reach West Valley employers and outpatient providers without a long commute into central Phoenix for basic services.

Who Monterey House Is For

The coed model suits residents who want a mixed recovery community. Anyone considering Monterey House should confirm current availability, house rules, and fees directly with Amethyst Haven, since none of that is published independently of the operator.
