New Hampshire’s sober houses are certified by the New Hampshire Coalition of Recovery Residences or NHCORR. , NHCORR follows NARR’s national-level sober house certification protocols. Sober House Directory provides information on sober house certification for each state in the database.

For sober living to be certified by NHCORR, the operators are required to adhere to a set of strict criteria in order to meet the standards to be a certified sober house or certified sober living facility. These certification requirements include operator training, sober home inspections, recovery residence policies and procedures, and document review.
