The Vermont Alliance for Recovery Residences was founded in 2016 as an affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). It is authorized to provide certification based on NARR standards to sober homes in Vermont. VTARR provides sober home operators with a certification process, assists them in providing quality services to people in recovery, and advocates for individuals and organizations in the recovery industry.
