Vineyard House provides housing for men and women in recovery who are in need of a safe structured living environment while in the early stages of recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. In 2014 Vineyard House moved into a new specially designed recovery community with separate houses for men and women, an administration building, and 12-step meeting rooms to provide the support residents need while renewing responsibilities to themselves, their families and the community.
Vineyard House is a recovery residence serving the Island community of Martha’s Vineyard. The newly built campus in Vineyard Haven can accommodate up to 18 men and 6 women in separate houses. Residents pay rent to live in a supportive environment and are expected to work, attend 12-step meetings and contribute in other ways to the community. The attractive campus also includes a separate administrative building and conference room that is available for community recovery activities.
A call to Vineyard House puts you in touch with qualified people who can help. Since 1997, Vineyard House has served as a safe haven for Vineyarders in early recovery from substance abuse and a resource for those who seek help.
