New Horizons Recovery Housing presents the opportunity to rediscover yourself. Our mission is to provide an affordable living arrangement for individuals living in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachuchetts who are focused on a better life while having a recovery driven outlook on life. We understand how difficult any situation can be. Everyone faces their own struggles and deals with them differently.

Addiction is a serious disease and our hope is to not only help you recover while you’re here, but to leave you with all the tools you’ll need in order to move forward permanently.

Some of the services included range from group discussions to individual meetings. All of our residents have the opportunity to not only meet privately , but to meet with each other in guided discussions where relationships are often built. At New Horizons, no one is alone.

Co-Owners

With many years of experience in working with individuals who struggle with Alcohol & Drug
Addiction, Jasmin has always had a soft spot for helping the community. She and her husband Frank teamed up and began their business in Recovery Housing. United, they both wanted to create a welcoming environment that promoted personal growth through sober living. It is their mission to continue developing affordable housing opportunities for those that need a chance to demonstrate a new life.

House Manager

Being in recovery himself, Brad understands the trials and tribulations of people struggling with addiction. Brad was heavily involved with the Oxford House in South Carolina before moving back to Rhode Island where he began to start a new life. He became a Recovery Coach and the House manager for Mosaic House.
