At HIA, it’s not just about overcoming addiction, we are focused on radically changing your life! If you jump into the program and are willing to do what’s asked of you, you will find that Radical Life Change we talk about so much here. We believe in a strong, structured and fun environment to ensure long term sobriety. That’s how we facilitate Radical Life Change, one day at a time, in our crazy beautiful homes. We will meet you where you are, unpack all the baggage of the past and guide you to a life you never thought was possible. We promise you this, if you give all you got to this program, you won’t recognize your life when you graduate!

Our homes are structured with two on-site house managers, who meet a plethora of requirements, and a Program Manager who is a full time staff member to oversee each home.

HIA Women’s Mentoring Program.
Our women’s program takes sobriety to the next level. We take women (typically) straight out of treatment and mentor them as they take their sobriety out into the “real” world. We teach them to stay sober through the everyday bumps and bruises life brings our way.
We challenge our women.
We are intentional with our women. We don’t just give them a drug test and a bed. We develop their leadership skills, we craft their character, we chase after success together; one day at a time.
We do this through two managers in the home, our program managers, and lots of one on one mentoring time. In fact, we bring incredible community leaders, business women and pastors into our home to meet our women to take their lives to the next level.
