The Homestead Inn is a men’s sober living house in Boscawen, NH. The Homestead Inn offers a chance for young men struggling to find a safe place, somewhere they can call home. Their goal is to provide a nurturing home-like atmosphere where the young men can feel comfortable, safe and supported. The residents will learn and develop skills allowing them to lead a fulfilling sober life. They will have the gift of time to needed to heal the wounded soul. These skills will be developed by utilizing the 12 Steps of Recovery and provide mindfulness training for relapse prevention. This sober house offers a traditional as well as holistic approach to our goal of maintaining a healthy and happy sober life. Fundamental teachings will be done on nutrition, exercise and the power of positive thinking. Focused on healing the mind, body and soul.

Sober living houses, also called sober homes and sober living environments, are facilities that provide safe housing and supportive, structured living conditions for people exiting drug rehabilitation programs. Sober houses serve as a transitional environment between such programs and mainstream society.
The structured family based living at the Homestead Inn will provide support and encouragement. The residents will strive for goals and achieve dreams that may have been lost along the rough road they have taken to get to Homestead Inn. The Twelve Step Program will be integrated throughout the stay. Meetings will be held on and off campus. They offer monthly Medication appointments with our Nurse Practitioner. Residents will be provided with the tools and networks needed to enroll in one of the area colleges, training program, and/or employment opportunities.
