Additional Information:

Our Transitional Supportive Housing Program operates three sober and supportive homes in Gardner, MA.

Two of these homes are for men and one is for women. A new house for women will be opening in Greenfield, MA in fall of 2018. These homes are ideally suited to those who have completed a residential treatment program and are seeking to take the next step toward their return to independent living. Supportive Housing provides the individual the opportunity to further develop their program of recovery while learning how to balance the concerns of everyday life such as work, family, a social life, financial and personal responsibilities. The transition from treatment to independent living or a return home can be a difficult one. Supportive Housing gives the individual more freedom and privileges while providing a level of structure and accountability that facilitates growth and recovery. Unlike traditional sober living, our agency provides full Case Management services to our residents to ensure that they receive the support they need to sustain their recovery.

Our Supportive Housing Case Management program is funded through a contract with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Abuse Services, ensuring that our facilities and staff provide the highest quality of care to the individuals we serve and that our agency has a level oversight and accountability not found in traditional sober living operations
