About us

Freeman Recovery Center is a full-service sober home located in Burns Dickson, Tennessee. We make it our mission to provide a clean and sober environment for men to recover from drug and alcohol addiction. Throughout our program, we work with each guest to layout a solid foundation that focuses on sobriety. When an individual leaves our treatment facility they will possess the necessary tools to achieve and maintain long-term recovery. We believe that a sober-life is attainable for anyone who desires it—but it all begins with the willingness and effort to change lifestyles & deal with person problems. Recovery is possible, but it starts with you.

The Freeman Way

One of our core standards that sets us apart is that each guest we admit into our program enters on an entirely voluntary basis and has a desire to stay clean, sober, and to become a productive member of society. For the duration of our recovery program, guests attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings at our facility as well as AA meetings held at other locations nearby. At Freeman sober home, our experienced staff and volunteers who are all active in the local recovery community facilitate groups. Guests will read, discuss, and write about their experiences while working through the Twelve Step Process. We believe that involvement in these fellowships is essential to build a healing community and has proven to enhance the recovery process for each individual.
