They have an overarching goal of promoting recovery principles and resiliency through collaboration. In order to meet this goal, they will encourage: individual and family active involvement in the treatment process ; culturally and linguistically competent care; employ trained staff who uphold these principles; whenever possible, use evidence-based practices; operate programs efficiently.
