Ace sober house is much more than a sober house, halfway house, or transitional house. The Ace sober house offers a structured housing program that promotes segregated alcohol and drug-free environment for men and women.

We are located in New Port Richey, Florida. All occupants participate in 12-Step Recovery groups.

For the last 12 years, Ace sober house has provided structured supportive housing that enables homeless females and males with a history of substance abuse and/or some level of a disability to become productive, responsible and to make a successful transition into permanent housing. Many lack the ability or knowledge on how to progress with their lives in a productive manner. Currently, over 70% of females coming to Ace sober house have children.

Ace sober house provides a daily case management program, goal setting, nutrition, hygiene, exercise, budgeting, and other life skills. Education, job skills, and employment are targeted. Ace sober house also assists the clients in securing Identification, disability income, social services, attending to health concerns, coping and decision-making skills, and attending to house responsibilities. Clients progress towards four “R”s; Respect, Responsibility, Repetition and Recover. The Ace sober house current program is structured for the client to pursue and obtain employment or another productive activity within 60 days. Historically, over 90% of Ace clients have been able to achieve this outcome. Since many of the female client’s children are being taken care of by family rebuilding trust and relationships with family is imperative to the reunification process. While at Ace sober house 92% of females with children made positive progress with rebuilding the family relationships.
